Abstract Submission

For all kind of presentations, abstract must be submitted before January 31, 2007. The Presenting Author of each abstract accepted for the publication will be notified by e-mail by end February 28, 2007. The early registration closing date is April 30, 2007.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF PAPERS

- For all kind of presentations, (oral or poster), abstract must be submitted according to the attached form, for the approval by the Scientific Committee. The abstracts may be submitted by e-mail. Fax submissions will not accepted.

- Each abstract should be limited to one page (approx. 350 words), with no tables, graphs or pictures. Please do not exceed reserved area on the form. The abstracts must be submitted in English and the text must be a single paragraph.

- The abstract should contain:

  • Title, authors, institutions, city and country
  • Keywords
  • Background
  • Objectives
  • Materials and Methods
  • Results
  • Discussion
  • Conclusions
  • - The title must be written in capital letters, in another line, author(s) name and initials in capital letters, institution(s) city and country. The presenting author should be underlined. Live a blank line before the text. Key words.

    - Registration form and payment of at least one author must be received before April 30, 2007. Each registration entitles to one or more scientific papers presentations.

    - Even though authors will have the option to indicate the preferred presentation form (oral or poster), abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee, which will have the final decision.

    - You will be notified by e-mail the day and time of your presentation as well as instructions and reference submission number assigned.

    - ORAL PRESENTATION.
    The author will have 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. It is recommended that presentations do not exceed 15 slides. Visual aid requirements must be indicated (multimedia, slides, or overhead projector).

    - POSTERS.
    The space available for each poster will be 90 cm wide X 120 cm height. There will be space allocation in the programme for posters exhibition and discussion time.
